We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.

If an item is not in stock, we will immediately contact you and offer the following options:

• Let you know how long it will be before the item is available. And then send it if you're prepared to wait. All Items are handmade in small batches.
• You can cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

Your order will usually be despatched within 5-7 working days, subject to availability unless on Pre-Order.

The method and address for delivery will be specified on the customer order.

All U.K Deliveries are sent Tracked 48 by Royal Mail, unless you choose Tracked First Class 24.

Please note that for E.U and International Shipping, you may need to pay local Duty and Taxes which isn't included in Juste Nature shipping.
